Shipping
We are happy to send our products to anywhere in the planet, wherever you are we are able to make our products come to you.
We use a transport company to ship your order and the selection of the transport company depends of your location. Usually we use Via Direta, CTT or DPD to Ship to Portugal and Fedex, DPD or UPS to ship to the rest of the world.
Usually we take 2 to 3 days to prepare your order and ship it. If you ordered a personalized item the shipping time is also the same as the personalization is made in our atelier by our team.
Regarding the transport time it will depend on your location but these are the average times for shipping:
Portugal – 3-4 days
Europe – 1 week
USA – 1 to 2 weeks
Other locations – 2 to 3 weeks
If you have any questions about any product contact us before making your order, we are here to help you and make sure you love the product you are ordering. After receiving your order you have 14 days to send it back if you’re not satisfied with it, and choose another item with the same cost or superior or require the refund of the item cost (shipping costs not included). In case of a fabric defect, Miti undertakes to replace the defective product with an equal one, whenever it is available, refund the costs or you can also choose other product. In the same way, the costs of return and shipping will be borne. The product marketed can’t show any signs of use and must be returned as shipped.
After receiving the article to Miti reserves the right to deny the exchange if the article does not meet the requirements of this policy.
In case of an article exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs of the new article.
In case of a personalized product according to the portuguese Decree-Law nº24/2014, of 14 February, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are made.
We do our best to offer the best products for the best price possible so, attending that we deliver worldwide, to offer free shipping we would have to raise our prices to include the shipping costs to any place in the world. To keep our prices as fairest as possible for everyone we decided to don’t include on the price of each product the shipping costs, this way every customer pays the shipping costs of their orders.
Sure, you can add add as many products as you want on your order, the shipping costs will be adjusted to the weight of all the products combined.
Our products are shipped using a card box and, depending on the product we also cover them with bubble paper so that the bags arrive to you without any transport marks.
When the shipping is made you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. You can go to the transport company website and enter the tracking number to check where your order is and it is expected to be delivered.
If your tracking details show the package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 24 hours following delivery confirmation as some tracking displays a delivered status prior to their arrival at the destination.
If it has been more than 24 hours please do the following:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
- Look around the delivery location for your package (on the porch, by your garage etc.)
- See if someone else in your household or a neighbour accepted the delivery
- Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers, double-check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail
