Orders & Payment

You can order directly here at our website. If you have any doubt or need help with your order you can talk with us on the chat available at the website, send us an email for info@mitibags.com or even contact us through or social media channels – Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp.

Your order must be paid in 24h, otherwise it will be canceled and the products will be put back in stock for selling purposes. Personalizable products are made only after successful payment.

You have 24h to cancel your order from the time you make it on our website, after that time we will ship your order. To cancel just send us an email to info@mitibags.com with your name and order details.

If you got your order and something is wrong with us contact us by email info@mitibags.com or on our social media channels – Instagram; Facebook or Whatsapp.

If you purchased a non personalized item you have 14 days to change your mind and send your item back to us in the exact same conditions you received it and without wearing signs. You can choose to get your money back or change it for another item available at our store. Unless there is something wrong with the item, the shipping costs will not be refunded and the costs of the return shipping are also a responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to help you with the return and provide you a transport company that can pick your item up and ship it back to us.
If you purchased a personalized item we don’t accept returns or cancelations of personalized products.

The payment is made directly at our website when you make your order and you can choose to pay by Brank Transfer, Credit Card, MB Way, ATM, Paypal, Apple and Google Pay.

We are happy to send our products to anywhere in the planet, wherever you are we are able to make our products come to you.

We use a transport company to ship your order and the selection of the transport company depends of your location. Usually we use Via Direta, CTT or DPD to Ship to Portugal and Fedex, DPD or UPS to ship to the rest of the world.

The shipping time depends of your location but in average you can count on:
Portugal – 3-4days
Europe – 1 week
USA – 1 to 2 weeks
Other locations – 2 to 3 weeks

We don’t offer discounts on our products, but if you are a new customer sign up to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first purchase and the chance to get other special offers.
